Organization State and the Individual

The individual living in a modern society is surrounded by large organizations. He or she is both served by organizations and subject to their influence or control. In the best circumstances organizations support the needs, aims and ambitions. Unfortunately the power aand authority of organizations can also be used to manipulate, control individuals.

The problem for individuals is that the goals and aspirations, and the means used by organizations may not be compatible with those of individuals. Further, the goals, aspirations and means used by organizations may not be subject to control by individuals acting in their individual capacity, but rather largely by adulterated individuals playing out a role of roles defined by organization structures.
